On Black Friday I ordered a two piece and got sent two of the same skirt instead! Amazing dress! i still don't have my clothes. The fabric was cheap and the sixing was way off. The quality of the dress isn't horrible, but it's definitely not worth $130, AND it's way too short. Ordered in November and returned early December and am still waiting on a refund in January. I don’t understand that ! I have been shopping from Oh Polly and Bo+Tee for a while now and have loved every collection they come out with- the quality is amazing, the service is amazing and the styles are to die for!! Parcel never arrived on time as advised. She was very friendly and understanding. size guide . The seam was horrid and it looked like a wave was going across my chest. Within the hour Molly had replied to me apologising and as I know, their products are of top quality so something had gone wrong here.
I have then emailed a third time and still no response!! Where do I start?From the various choices of clothes, to the quality of textile used, the fast delivery and the customer service.Many brands should be as effective and true to the product description as OH Polly! EDIT: I have finally been refunded the full amount, I was contacted by Leigh who understood my situation and got it sorted as soon as possible, she replied to my emails within minutes and I was relieved to see the money back in my bank account, I will say I didn’t buy through PayPal but through the bank directly, I don’t know if this made a difference?It’s a shame that I had such a stressful experience because I’ve somewhat lost faith in this company after all the frustration and panic due to the clumsy refund process.
Still, I went through with it, hoping the quality would make it all worth it. Share. What is advertised? At least an improvement, however, I no longer need the items just hope it isn't this hard to get a refund back. Sophie responded to me within about 8 hours to apologize for the return taking so long. Hope they could state the actual number of days that the order arrives. My Dad works for trading standards though and he is about to investigate this company after I read some of the other reviews to him. Awful I will never buy from this company again, I bought £212 worth of clothes on Christmas Eve and paid for next day delivery to receive them on the 28th December.

Now the 6th January 2 WEEKS LATER!!! pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the fabric. Completely wrong and of course when I go to look at my order confirmation, they decided NOT to write down what sizes I chose (so I'm guessing they just decided to send me random ones, but how on EARTH is a size 8/10 woman supposed to fit in a size 6 skirt? Its so sad a company with nice clothes ruins it by not being so unreliable and making a shopping process so difficult for the customers.
