The ice dispenser works and the ice maker is working. Now if I turn the breaker off and back on, it only works for a few minutes and shuts back off. Verify that the water line to the refrigerator is turned on. If the valve is faulty there are other suppliers online that may suit you better.

I have replaced the main board and that did not fix it.
When the bulb is good but the light is still not working, unplug the fridge and check the light socket next. My husband went and flipped the circuit breaker and it started working again. With mine the compressor also stops during this period.

Our refrigerator will dispense ice, but not water. My unit has a 'light' button on the front of it like my previous model Frigidaire and there was no current in both switch positions. I am having the exact same issue with my frig. Also, the interior lights in the refrigerator and freezer won't turn on when the doors are opened.

Hopefully if was just a fluke. I tried what was recommended by cmccall31 and that fixed my digital display and my interior light issue on my Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator.
If you have tried to reset the breaker and holding “light and lock” and you still have no water or display check the bottom left front of refrigerator. The saddle valve is used to connect the water supply line to the house plumbing and must be fully open for the refrigerator to receive water.

Lights don't turn on inside, the water dispenser does not work. The water inlet valve supplies water to the water dispenser. The wires come out the bottom of doo to a connector under the fridge. If the water inlet valve does not have continuity, replace it. Unplug the fridge and check the socket terminals for damage or discoloration, verify the continuity of the on/off switch, and, finally, inspect the control plate for damage or wear. Holding down the light and lock buttons on the front panel, reset the unit.

Was this brand new Samsung refrigerator designed with no backlighting on the water/ice buttons touch buttons and no light in the ice/water dispensing area?

The water inlet valve opens to supply water to the dispenser. Eventually we paid to have a GE repairman come out and he fixed the issue right away. Static electricity caused by pulling away the plastic covering off the dispenser can cause it to temporarily "lock up". Could not find your particular service guide, but did put a link to one that may help along with a couple other links that may help.
Looking to get behind the socket, I was able to remove the front control panel, removed the wires from the board, but the frame behind the control board refuses to come loose.
