I was at over level 200 with day 120. there is a give exp command? Then my game crashed. And losing 20% of the total perks learned each time would balance the benefit having access to your previous base and vehicle still. Take your favorite fandoms with you and never miss a beat.

Best would be to create a new profile and log in or server adm deletes the savegame file for your character.
This will allow for some persistent progression, but still be punishing upon death. I was messing with self give skillpoints just to try it out, and I now want to play legitimately.

The difference between Attributes and Perks are that Attributes must be learned first, as most Perks require a certain level of Attribute, which may also require a certain Character Level.
